Gut Healing Beef Bone Broth

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef marrow bones

  • 1 large yellow onion

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 12 cups of water


Instructions

Step 1: Add all of your ingredients into a slow cooker or Instant Pot


Step 2: Set the slow cooker to high and allow the ingredients to infuse for 12-18 hours


Step 3: If using an Instant Pot, set the manual timer to 125 minutes


Step 4: When the broth is finished cooking, remove the bones and allow it to cool slightly. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth.


Step 5: Enjoy a mug of gut healing beef bone broth every day!

 
Storing

Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for 4-6 months.
